About the Creator

Khadja Holmes, MS, LBA, IBA, QBA is the Founder and CEO of P.E.A.S. Behavior Group and an internationally credentialed behavior analyst with extensive experience providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across home, school, clinic, and community settings. As a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), International Behavior Analyst (IBA), and Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), Khadja has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities while developing the next generation of highly skilled behavior technicians. Through her leadership, P.E.A.S. Behavior Group has become a trusted provider of quality ABA services and professional training. This QABA-approved 40-Hour ABAT Training Program was designed to provide aspiring Applied Behavior Analysis Technicians with the knowledge, practical skills, and ethical foundation needed to deliver high-quality, person-centered services.
